White sage is burnt and used for smudging or cleansing an area in your home or an object or a persons energy field.

How to use a sage stick- light one end and fan or blow to keep it smouldering. Smoke the corners of a room, behind and under furniture where energy maybe stuck. Open cupboards and windows. Say intention while burning the sage stick. Let it burn itself out in a fire proof dish or gently stubb out.
